How do I get a quote
and book a coach?
To arrange your coach hire

Do I need to pay a
deposit?
Yes, we require a 20% deposit to secure
your booking with the balance due in full 7 days prior to departure,
unless you have an account with us on which payment is due no later
than 30 days after the departure date.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, cheque and most major credit and
debit cards.
I need to hire more
than one coach, can you handle this?
Yes. Call us on 0845 643 2414 to discuss your
passenger numbers and requirements. We can send more than one
coach to a single location or several different locations.
Can you arrange a
fully managed solution for all the coach transportation for our
corporate conference/training event?
Yes. We are experienced in providing ground
transportation for all kinds of corporate events for many large
companies throughout the UK. Call our customer service team on 0845

Are your coaches
fitted with seat belts and is it compulsory to wear them?
All of our coaches are fitted with seat
belts for your safety. It is compulsory by law to wear seat
belts on a coach whilst the vehicle is in motion.
Can you help with
itinerary planning for my group?
Yes. Not only do we have files of
information about attractions from all over the country, but our
drivers have years of experience and knowledge covering the whole of
the UK. Whether you need suggestions, new ideas or just a
little help with the timing of your day, we can help you. Call

Can I hire a coach for our group
holiday?
Yes. We are experienced in
providing holidays for groups. We can even help with your
itinerary planning and ideas if you need it. Just call our

with your enquiry. Booking is a simple hassle free process and
you will receive a detailed confirmation of your booking with us.
Can you arrange for a
Blue Badge Guide to enhance our excursion?
Yes, just call our customer service

Is smoking allowed on
board the coaches?
All of our coaches are smoke free
environments. From 1st July 2007 it will be against the law to smoke
whilst on-board a coach.
Is alcohol permitted on board the
coaches?
No. Alcohol is not permitted
on-board on any of our coaches unless supplied by us and/or
permission is obtained from the company at the time of booking.
Alcohol is not permitted by law on-board a coach that is travelling
to a sporting event.
Apart from coach travel can you arrange
ferry crossings etc?
Yes. To save you time, if you wish to
book a coach that includes ferry travel to your destination we can
book the ferry crossings for you and include them into the price of
the coach hire.
How do I book single seats on a
coach holiday or day trip?
We run a full programme of coach
