PCV Coach Driver (Full-time)

We are looking to recruit an experienced and versatile PCV Coach Driver to cover a variety of work including private hire, corporate hire, contract work, day trips/tour work and schools. We believe in providing an all-round excellent quality of service and reliability to our customers.

As one of our drivers you will not only be able to demonstrate that you are a good driver but possess great customer service skills, excellent time keeping and have a sense of pride in your work. The job will involve checking passengers on and off coaches, working to planned itineraries, keeping the coaches presentable to a high standard, and ensuring that all journeys are completed in a professional, timely and safe manner, whilst being an excellent ambassador for the company.

Previous experience of coach work is desirable but not essential. If you are currently working as a bus or coach driver on scheduled routes/services but would like to transition to coach work, where every day is different, then training can be given to the right candidate.

Candidates must be available to commence employment during the first quarter of 2026 to undertake training in readiness for 2026 season.

  £14 per hour Mon-Fri
  £15 per hour Saturdays
  £16 per hour Sundays & unsociable hours
  £150 per day tour rate

You will need:

• Valid full PCV Licence
• Digital Tachograph Driver Card
• Valid Driver CPC
• Enhanced DBS Certificate desirable
• A great work ethic
• A good team player

You will need to available for interview and driving assessment during office hours.
