£60.00

 WEDNESDAY 29th APRIL 2026

ROUTE A + MH

Explore where the real drama happens on this film location tour where you can get up close to real props, sets and behind the scenes secrets.

Walk in the footsteps of Nurse Trixie Franklin, Sister Julienne and Dr Turner and explore where the real drama happens. You will be guided through the Historic Dockyard by your very own costumed Midwife, armed with a photograph book and tales of their ‘sisters’, before being allowed to explore the sets, costumes and props in the all-new, exclusive gallery.  Visit Fred Buckle’s shop to view the vintage sweets and treats and take a peek at over the counter of Violet’s Haberdashery or take a seat in Dr. Turner’s waiting area.

So if you love the show and would love to explore cobbled streets of the Dockyard which double as ‘Poplar’.

Accessbility Information: There are some uneven surfaces at the Dockyard and we advise you to wear comfortable footwear.  It is a walking tour of 60 minutes.  It is accessible but please advise us in advance if you have any mobility issues.
