Shuttleworth – Wings & Wheels Air Show

Join us for a great day out to Shuttleworth for their Wings and Wheels Air Show.

From airworthy vintage aircraft to veteran vehicles, bicycles, carriages, and heritage machinery.  There is plenty to do at this event with a host of ground attractions and live performances with an arena and marquee.  Suttleworth House will be open for you to explore and you can even take a ride on a vintage bus as well as enjoy time in the Swiss Garden. There will be plenty of food and drinks stalls serving takeaway food or you can head to the Runway Cafe for seated dining (subject to availability).  Picnics are permitted (no sharp cutlery allowed on site).

Then look to the skies and marvel at a thrilling air display from both collection and visiting aircraft.  Arriving at Shuttleworth for approximately 11.30hrs which gives you time to explore the attractions before the afternoon flying display begins at 2pm (times subject to change and weather conditions).  One foldable chair per person may be stowed under the coach so that you can comfortably enjoy the air show.

Accessibility Information: The main entrance to Shuttleworth House is via six steps (without handrails). Due to the listed status of the building Shuttleworth are unable to install handrails. Wheelchair access is via Reception with internal wheelchair lifts to other floors.
