ROUTE A + B

Knaresborough is a surprising town perched high upon a cliff above the beautiful River Nidd with its impressive railway viaduct across the gorge.  You can explore the medival streets of the town and wander along the stone staircases down to the riverside at the base of the cliffs, where you will find a delightful promenade.  With a seaside feel to it you can enjoy an ice cream or just watch people ‘mucking about in boats’.

We then transfer over the elegant spa town of Harrogate, home to the famous Betty’s.  Harrogate has long been a favourite destination with its thriving streets and vibrant shops.  There is a truly unique feel to this town and you will want to return where there is spa heritage to be seen at every turn,
