Join us for an unforgettable experience exploring the World of Wedgwood, set in the heart of Staffordshire countryside and home to the prestigious brand, Wedgwood. This day trip includes a guided tour of the factory, where you will go behind the scenes to discover how is designed created and crafted. Experience the craftmanship of Jasperware and marvel and marvel at the extraordinary skills of the artisans as they throw, turn, cast and ornament iconic pieces while the factory is in operation.
A light lunch of season soup served with a trio of finger sandwiches and fries and a pot of Wedgwood English Breakfast Tea (please notify us of any allergies/dietary requirements when booking).
Following lunch you will have time to explore the V & A Wedgwood Collection, a UNESCO-recognised archive and the legacy of British potter and entrepreneur Josiah Wedgwood before browsing the shops. The Wedgwood Store offers iconic prestige products and new collections, the Wedgwood Outlet has all your Fiskars brands under one roof including lastest products and factory seconds of tableware, cookware and homeware and Josiah & Co. a great place to explore local artisans and small businesses from the local area offering high quality home decor and unique gifts.
This very popular trip returns to our programme again this year and includes a Factory Tour, self-guided entrance to the V & A Wedgwood collection, a light lunch and free time to explore the shops.
