Discover Trentham Gardens where the imginative and innovative revival of the Italian Gardens was led by Tom Stuart Smith, multi Chelsea gold medal winner. Beyond the Italian Gardens are the Rivers of Grass and the Floral labyrinth both designed by eminent Dutch Plantsman and Chelsea gold medal winner, Piet Oudolf. Take a stroll around the spectacular mile-long, Capability Brown-designed Trentham Lake and take in views of the River Trent. Make sure you look out for the enchanting fairies as you walk around the lake and through the woodlands where the fairies live.
If you have time you can also browse the shops and Garden Centre in the Shopping Village, a unique experience where the shops are situated in timber lodges offering a mix of popular high street brands and independent stores selling gifts, homeware, fashion and more.
